Kate was left red-faced when she found herself locked out of her Chelsea home and stranded in the cold. Even when William came to her rescue with his keys, the door refused to budge. The couple eventually gave up and left in separate cars.
Kate enjoyed a day of shopping with her mother, Carole, in Chelsea. The pair strolled around King's Road, perhaps looking for a Christmas present for the prince. Kate has been leading a life of leisure since graduating from university. But finding a job has proven to be difficult for the lady most likely to marry the future heir to the throne.

Kate smiles at William, and it is a smile of the tenderest affection, a look that says she loves him, admires him and still fancies him. They are going home together at the end of the evening and Kate could not be happier.

Another night, another nightclub. William and Harry appeared slightly the worse for wear today after emerging in the early hours from one of London's most fashionable clubs. They had spent six hours, William's girlfriend Kate, wearing a sleveless, patterned purple dress - in the Cuckoo Club in Mayfair.
